Estimates
Estimates are based on the information and photos provided and are valid for 30 days. Conditions found on-site that materially change the scope will be discussed and approved before additional work begins.
Scheduling & Weather
Exterior work depends on temperature and precipitation. We may reschedule for safety or quality reasons and will contact you as early as possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Please provide access to the work area and an outdoor water source, close windows and doors, and move vehicles and fragile items. Pre-existing damage such as failing caulk, loose siding or damaged screens should be disclosed before we start.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check and major cards. Some projects may require a materials deposit.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaned surface, contact us within seven days at 202-294-8476 and we will return to address it.
